Movement Music & Memories is a multi-sensory, group movement-to-music program for people living with dementia that uses adapted, safe exercise movements combined with singing, various props, rhythm instruments, elements of reminiscence therapy, laughter, and personal connection, all tied to the chosen genre of music & theme, as well as the abilities of the participants.
